The hotel does not provide complimentary shuttle services or airport transfers.
However, you may request for a Private Airport Transfer when confirming your room booking. Please provide your flight and payment mode details in your request. A confirmation will be sent to you once the booking and transfer arrangements are confirmed. Please enquire on applicable charges when making a transfer arrangement.
Alternatively, Public Transport are available from the airport to Carlton Hotel Singapore.

Yes, but this is only possible if you have a confirmed room reservation with us. The Concierge will reject the package if we do not have your confirmed arrival booking in our system.
