We are pleased to welcome you and your furkid(s) to enjoy our alfresco area at TUX Bar & Lounge. To ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all our guests, we kindly request all pet owners to adhere to the following Pet-Friendly Policy:

• All pets must be fully trained, up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and leashed at all times while on property and in public places (as specified under the AVA licensing for pet owners). Pets showing signs of illness (e.g., vomiting, diarrhoea, open wounds) should not be brought to the alfresco area. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any pet that appears ill or is not in good health.

• All pets must be leashed (non-retractable or securely locked) or in a carrier at all times while on hotel premises. Owners must maintain control of their pets and remain with them throughout their stay in the alfresco area.

• All pets must not be left unattended anywhere in the hotel and may transit through the car park via the lift in the Premier Wing and Hotel Lobby to the alfresco area at TUX Bar & Lounge.

• All pets are not allowed to visit any public facilities and indoor seating areas of dining establishments within Carlton Hotel Singapore, except for the alfresco area at TUX Bar & Lounge.

• To maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests, pet owners are responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets. Pet waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Waste bags are available upon request.

• To ensure the comfort of all guests, please monitor your pet's noise level and keep excessive noise to a minimum at all times. Aggressive behaviour or disruptive behaviour (e.g., continuous barking, lunging, jumping on guests or staff) or any sign of distress may result in a request to leave the area.

• Guests are welcome to bring their pet food, but feeding directly from hotel dishware is prohibited. Water bowls for pets are available upon request.

• Please ensure pets do not disturb other guests or interfere with food service. Pets must not be allowed to sit on chairs, tables, or other furniture.

• You indemnify the hotel owners and management from any liabilities or damage resulting from your pet’s visit to Carlton Hotel Singapore and agree to take sole responsibility for your pet’s safety. The hotel also reserves the right to charge your account for any damages or costs incurred due to your pet.

The hotel reserves the right to ask guests and their pets to leave the alfresco area if they do not comply with the above policy. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our alfresco area enjoyable for human and furry guests!
