We held our wedding at Carlton Hotel Singapore and the overall experience is amazing! A huge shout-out to our banquet sales manager, Jasmine. She is very attentive, responsive, and patient. Without her, our wedding wouldn't be as perfect. We are so lucky to have her. The location of the hotel is the most convenient ever. There's more than 4 MRT lines nearby which provides absolute convenience to our guests on foot. They have huge private parking facilities for both cars and bikes too. The food is from Michelin Star Wah Lok restaurant with amazing menu. Quality of the food is chef-kissed. The Executive Suite is very clean and huge! With 2 toilets, one for the newly-wedded couple in the master bedroom, while another for visiting guests. Staff from Carlton Hotel Singapore are all very friendly. The soundproofing in the rooms are also top-notch. Very quiet and peaceful, can't hear any outside noise from the corridor. Value for money too! The wedding banquet is overall one of the most worth-it in the market (after comparing with 8 other hotels). Their package is very attractive. Overall, we are very satisfied with Carlton Hotel Singapore and have no regrets selecting them as our once-in-a-lifetime wedding venue. Thank you again to Jasmine and all other staff! We look forward to have another stay there!

We would like to share our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience. The entire event was very successful, the atmosphere was warm, beautiful, and the food was excellent. We would especially like to commend two outstanding individuals: Jasmine, our Catering Sales Manager, Shan, the Banquet Manager. We had been liaising with Jasmine for almost a year after booking the venue in October 2024. Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly patient, attentive, and well organised. She ensured all our timelines were met and that every detail was well taken care of. Planning a wedding is never easy, but Jasmine supported us every step of the way. She often went the extra mile, replying to us even after working hours and offering valuable advice whenever we needed it. Over the year, she consistently followed up on small details and reminded us of tasks we might have overlooked, especially when we were busy with work. We are truly grateful for her dedication. As for Shan, he took exceptional care of us on the actual wedding day. He ensured everything ran smoothly, coordinating with our emcees, AV team, and my husband. He gave us plenty of helpful advice and provided reassurance when I felt nervous. Many of our guests even complimented him, saying he gave more than 100% to ensure the success of our banquet. Shan was incredibly attentive throughout the entire event, like looking after our guests, and ensuring that both my husband and I were well taken care of. Whatever we needed, he made sure it was handled promptly. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Our guests also praised the beautiful ballroom setup, decorations, service team, and food quality. Carlton Hotel Singapore is fortunate to have such dedicated employees, and we sincerely hope Jasmine and Shan continue to shine in their roles. We were so happy with the service we got from our Coordinator Wei Li as well as the other staff in the hotel. Location was great, easy for our guests to come, and the banquet package was value for money considering the food was served by Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant. From January till October, Wei Li gave us timely advice on what we needed to prepare for our banquet. There were many things that Wei Li did for us that we are thankful for: like allowing us to do flexible payments beyond the initial deposit so that we could maximise the Miles on our credit card monthly, gave us flexibility to make changes to our menu (of course, to be fair, some changes will come with cost), gave feedback to the restaurant on our preferences after our tasting; Our guests generally had good comments for certain dishes like the Soon Hock Fish and the Cereal Prawns, planned out the arrangements of our mini activity stations (coffee cart, postcard booth, audio guestbook) just outside the banquet hall and waived corkage for us so that we could save some money on alcohol (I believe she went out of her way to offer this).

My wife and I are truly, truly grateful. From the moment we reached out Wei Li has been nothing but amazing. We had less than 3 months to prepare, and as a couple who was pretty lost and unsure about so many things, Wei Li became our go-to person for everything. Her patience, responsiveness, and calm guidance helped us stay grounded. Despite our tight budget, she never made us feel like we were asking for too much. Wei Li gave suggestions, shared her experiences, and always let us make informed choices without pressure. That sincerity meant a lot to us. Even when we were overwhelmed with work and left things hanging, she never gave up on us. Wei Li kept the process going and ensured everything was taken care of. If someone scrolls through our email thread, they’ll see just how meticulous and dedicated she is. Also, a huge shoutout to Roy and Ben, our Banquet Managers. They were incredible, steady, accommodating, and helpful during the prep and actual day. We felt so supported the whole way through. And of course, our thanks also go to all the behind-the-scenes staff we didn’t get to meet or speak with personally. We know how much work goes into making an event run smoothly, and it shows. As a couple, we only had one wedding to plan, but your team does this day in and day out, back-to-back events and long hours. That’s honestly crazy and admirable. I told Roy, Ben and Wei Li they need to rest more (though I suspect it's their passion or the job nature that keeps them going)! As someone who also works in the service line, I can totally relate. It’s tiring, demanding, and often thankless, but without people like all of you, the event simply wouldn’t have been such a success. So thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for having such a solid, passionate team. I’m not saying this just to sound nice. Your work genuinely made a difference to our special day. Hope to return and patronise the hotel again in the near future, maybe for our anniversary!
