The Hong Kong Kitchen Lunch Buffet features seafood on ice, handcrafted dim sum, freshly baked Bolo Buns and Egg Tarts, alongside live stations serving Roasted Pork Belly, Hong Kong French Toast and Egglet Waffles. From Thursday to Saturday evenings, the Hong Kong Seafood Dinner Buffet offers an indulgent and expanded spread of premium seafood, Roasted Suckling Pig and Hong Kong-inspired desserts.
