Celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival with an exquisite creation by Wah Lok Cantonese Restaurant. Making its debut this year, the Dried Oyster and Conpoy Dumpling 瑶柱蚝豉熏鸭粽 ($28.80, 600g) is a culinary delight brimming with premium ingredients. It is elevated by the rich umami of Japanese conpoy and smoked duck, skilfully balanced with the earthiness of Shiitake mushrooms and the crisp texture of chestnuts. Each bite offers well-balanced flavours and textures, making it ideal for personal enjoyment or a thoughtful gift to loved ones.
