At Wah Lok, our Master Chefs have put together two exquisite Cantonese set menus just for you with the premium, succulent and tender Abalone from Jade as the Star ingredient. Be treated to a gastronomic culinary experience as you enjoy tantalising dishes such as Braised Whole Abalone with Vegetables, Cold Sliced Abalone with Green Bean Noodles, Steamed Rice with Diced Abalone and Chicken in Bamboo Bowl, and Cubed Abalone and Chicken with Sautéed Fish in Casserole.
Besides the abalone dishes, you can also enjoy authentic Cantonese dishes such as the succulent Pan-fried Japanese Scallop and Prawn, flavourful Braised Shark’s Fin with Conpoy and Crab Meat, freshly steamed “Live” Soon Hock Fish as well as the nutritious Double Boiled Shark’s Bone Soup with Chicken.
